General Instruction For PG Admission Click Here

Candidate will appear before Physical Documents’ Verification/Admission Committee for PG in the college for documents’ verification within the time period mentioned in the cut off merit list.

  • The candidate must bring the following documents:
    1. A printed copy of the online application form and fee receipt
    2. Anti-Ragging Undertaking by student
    3. Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Parents
    4. For Disciplined and dignified conduct in the college - Undertaking by student and Parents (Click here to download Undertaking proformas)
    5. Undertaking for Gap year (if applicable) (Click here to download)
    6. One passport size recent colour photograph 
  • Following documents in original and their self-attested xerox copies:
    1. PGAT scorecard
    2. Aadhar Card
    3.  Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID
    4. Character certificate from last institution attended. In case of Gap Year, also bring Recent Character certificate from gazetted officer (not older than six months) (in original)
    5. Recent Category Certificate for SC/ST, OBC-NCL and EWS candidate in the format for admission to Central Government Institution. 
    6. High School or Equivalent Marks Sheet and Certificate
    7. Intermediate or Equivalent Marks Sheet and Certificate
    8. Graduation or Equivalent Mark Sheet
    9. Transfer Certificate /Migration Certificate (For the Graduates of other Universities/ Colleges only) 
    10. Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate (Only for such students of the University of Allahabad and its Constituent College, who have already taken Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate from the University of Allahabad).
    11. Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate (For the Graduates of the Ewing Christian College Prayagraj).
    12. Only Transfer Certificate (For Graduate of any other Constituent Colleges of the UoA).
    13. NCC ‘C’ Certificate for the applicants holding NCC ‘C’ Certificate.
  • In case if candidate is unable to produce Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate at the time of admission, he/she must submit Undertaking for the same. (Click here to download)
  • Candidates who are seeking admission under Special consideration/Quota must have the Original Documents for claiming such Quota. For more information read PGAT Brochure 2024-25 of University of Allahabad.
  • After successful verification of documents, the candidate must collect the original fee receipt from the office of the college after three days, only then his/her admission process will be completed.
